Our firm’s partners are on a first-name basis with clients. 

At McGloin, Davenport, Severson and Snow, clients most often work directly with their attorney.  When clients call, their calls are returned – promptly – by their counsel.  Our loyal and knowledgeable support staff is well equipped to respond to clients’ needs.  However, our partners and attorneys make it a priority to establish solid relationships by working directly with clients.  Being approachable and available is important to our clients, and therefore to us. 

Practicing law is our profession and our passion – it’s not just a business to us. 

Our firm does not have big plans for growth.  At our current size we can provide personalized service and, at the same time, a wide range of legal expertise and experience.  We enjoy working closely with our clients and with one another.  We are a team of intelligent, capable and caring colleagues who share similar values and have a strong work ethic. We care more about our service than our surroundings and we like our casual, unpretentious environment.  Based upon their loyalty – some for more than 30 years – our clients do too.
